Bangladesh were dismissed for 132 in pursuit of 334 in their second innings, as the West Indies seized the initiative and cruised to a 201-run victory in the first Test of the two-match series at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in Antigua on Tuesday.

Resuming on 109 for seven, tail-ender Hasan Mahmud was the first to fall—caught behind in the second over of the day—before wicketkeeper-batter Jaker Ali Anik (31) was trapped leg-before four overs later.

Soon after, Shoriful Islam was forced to retire hurt due to back discomfort, bringing the Tigers' innings to a close within the first hour of play on Day 5.
