Is Agent Carter coming to Avengers: Doomsday?

Hayley Atwell is set to reprise her role as Peggy Carter, also known as Agent Carter, in 'Avengers: Doomsday', according to IGN.

The movie is slated for release on 1 May 2026. Known for her appearances in 'Captain America: The First Avenger' and the 'What If...?' series, Atwell's return hints at more multiverse possibilities, a recurring MCU theme.  

While details remain under wraps, 'Doomsday' will be directed by Joe and Anthony Russo and marks Robert Downey Jr.'s return to the MCU as Doctor Doom. Chris Evans is also rumoured to appear, though unconfirmed.  

Atwell's previous work also includes cameos in 'Avengers: Endgame' and 'Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness'.
