Microsoft 365 is facing outage again

Microsoft is grappling with another outage affecting its Microsoft 365 services, marking the second disruption in two weeks. This latest incident has rendered web-based applications such as Outlook and Teams inaccessible to many users.

 

In a statement on X, Microsoft acknowledged the issue and advised users to access apps and documents via desktop applications as it works to identify the root cause of the problem. "For more information, please refer to OO953223 in the admin center," Microsoft added in the statement.

The previous outage, which occurred on November 25, primarily disrupted Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.
