Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban arrived in Kyiv on Tuesday for his first visit to Ukraine since the outbreak of war, the Hungarian government said.
Orban, the only EU leader who has maintained ties with Russia since it invaded Ukraine in 2022, has "arrived in Kyiv for discussions with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky," his press secretary Bertalan Havasi told national news agency MTI.
