Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky called Saturday for "accelerated" Western arms deliveries after Kyiv said a Russian strike in the south killed seven people, including two children.
"Any delay in decisions in this war means the loss of human lives," said Zelensky following the strike, which hit the southern town of Vilniansk.
